Job responsibilities
- Design and refine user interfaces for SaaS and web applications
- Create user-centric designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback
- Develop UI mockups, prototypes, and layouts that clearly illustrate how sites function and look using Figma
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance the usability
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards

Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering intuitive and user-centered design solutions that enhance user satisfaction and drive business success
- 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a focus on SaaS and web applications
- Strong portfolio of design projects that includes work with web and mobile apps
- Proficiency in Figma, with a deep understanding of its capabilities and limitations as the primary design tool
- Experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design
- Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently
- A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications
- Excellent communication skills to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients
