Job responsibilities

  • Design and refine user interfaces for SaaS and web applications
  • Create user-centric designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback
  • Develop UI mockups, prototypes, and layouts that clearly illustrate how sites function and look using Figma
  • Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance the usability
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience
  • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards

Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering intuitive and user-centered design solutions that enhance user satisfaction and drive business success
  • 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a focus on SaaS and web applications
  • Strong portfolio of design projects that includes work with web and mobile apps
  • Proficiency in Figma, with a deep understanding of its capabilities and limitations as the primary design tool
  • Experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design
  • Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently
  • A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients
