As a Client Service Specialist at Utmost, you play a vital role in guiding projects to successful completion from start to finish. Your responsibilities involve leading diverse teams, managing project timelines, finances, and resources, and ensuring that results align with the company's goals. Job responsibilities
- Providing support to customers by doing virtual demonstrations, installations, and troubleshooting of implemented products
- Support new client onboarding process, inclusive of client setup
- Assist with the organization of client meetings and touch points, including driving preparation and follow-up activities
- Work directly with clients via email and phone
- Collaborate with senior associates and other functions to drive to client resolutions
- Process new and renewal business within timelines and quality standards, including updating and maintaining information in the client management system
- Perform software demonstrations showing potential clients how our product/service works
- Work collaboratively with management, software development, project management, sales teams, and any other members of various departments
- Assist Support team by reviewing records, following up with customers, assist via remote sessions, and update case documentation in CRM system
Qualifications
- Language Fluency: English (Required)
- The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required
- Assignment based primarily upon the individual's minimal level of experience and production capacity to service a midsize book of business
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrate strong organizational and project skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
- Act with responsiveness, urgency and professionalism in all matters
- Prioritize work to achieve timely completion of the most critical and sensitive activities
