Job description
As a Client Manager at our company, you will play a pivotal role in driving students from GEN 101 to AFG 102. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams with other instructors and ensuring students have a firm grasp of physics, geometry, calculus and algebraic understanding in the field of aviation. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, an effective communicator, and possesses strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Job responsibilities
- Client Service Manager responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the client services team
- Ensuring that all client inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless client experience
- Monitor service metrics to identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction.
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills are essential in this role, as is the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
Your role encompasses not only leading projects but also fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Beyond the traditional responsibilities of project management, you'll contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that each project serves as a learning opportunity for the entire team.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree preferred
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum 5 years work experience as Math Instructor at a Community College or University (required)
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with our team
- Ability to work effectively both on an individual basis and as part of a team
- Strong computer skills to maintain accurate and complete documentation
